The charges stem from the 38-year-old’s arrest following an April 18 incident at a Boulder AT&T store at 1675 29th St, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.

Law enforcement agents checked the iPad’s browser history and found specific German terms that eventually translated to naked images of minors. The tablet also turned up websites that contained children performing sex acts.
