Shocking footage from a holiday party held by a group of New York City conservatives shows revelers forgoing face masks and dancing in a conga line amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Video of the festivity – which was held by the Whitestone Republican Club in Queens on December 9 – was shared to social media earlier this week, and quickly went viral.
In the vision, 16 maskless members of the club can be seen shaking their hips to the Bee Gees disco hit ‘You Should Be Dancing’.
One of the revelers waves a Trump 2020 flag as another proudly sports a Make America Great Again hat.
Many of the invitees were elderly, but appeared unbothered by the ongoing pandemic that has killed 300,000 people across America.
‘The Whitestone Republican Club in NYC apparently held a Christmas party this year without a care in the world about COVID,
The shocking footage even caught the eyes of Governor Andrew Cuomo, who told reporters on a conference call Tuesday: ‘I saw the video. Covid conga lines are not smart. That is my official position. Why you would do an unmasked Covid conga line in the middle of a pandemic defies logical explanation.’

Governor Cuomo has blasted a group of New York City conservatives after they danced indoors without masks at a holiday party
The party took place inside Il Bacco Ristorante in Little Neck, Queens. Back in September, owners of the establishment sued Cuomo and NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio to restart indoor dining.
One of the women caught in the conga line was Vickie Paladino – a GOP candidate running to represent Queens’ District 19.
Paladino has not publicly commented on the footage.
The festivities come as New York struggles to contain a second wave of COVID-19 infections.
On Monday, New York state reported more than 9,000 new COVID-19 infections, and more than 1,000 residents are currently in Intensive Care Units battling the virus.
Many prominent Republicans have long expressed their reluctance to wear face masks or tamp down on large indoor gatherings.

The vision of the club’s conga line dancing angered thousands on social media.
‘Not one of them should get a vaccine or treatment for Covid. Not one,’ one person raged on Twitter.
‘I’m sorry for the healthcare workers that will have to take care of them when they get Covid!!’ another added.
A third person chimed in: ‘They DON’T have a care in the world, ’cause they know they’ll be able to jump the queue to get the vaccine before rule-followers, or if they need hospitalization, they’ll get the best of care that ‘ordinary’ Americans can’t get. Infuriating.’
