Fans quickly noticed she and her friends were failing to distance or wear masks in the video – with Lottie taking to Instagram on Monday to apologise for her ‘insensitive and dumb joke.’

She said: ‘I just wanted to come on here and say I am so sorry for saying I was a super spreader
‘Someone in the live popped up saying those words and I repeated them as a joke because I am not and would never condone spreading a virus as serious as this.
‘I was out for dinner with four friends, three of which are in the same household and under the government guidelines – as I live alone – I am allowed a support bubble of four.
‘I understand this has upset and offended a lot of people and I want to apologise for making such an insensitive joke.

TIER TWO RESTRICTIONS – WHAT ARE THE RULES?
- You can only meet socially with friends or family members indoors (including private homes and restaurants) who you live with or have formed a support bubble with.
- You can form a support bubble with a household of any size if you live by yourself, are under-18 and living alone, live with someone who has a disability that requires continuous care, live with a child under 1 or live with a child under 5 who has a disability.
- Two households are allowed to socialise outdoors but must stay within the six-person limit and adhere to social distancing. However, business dinners are permitted indoors.
- Pubs must serve ‘substantial meals’ in order to stay open and must call last orders at 10pm
- All shops, gyms and leisure centres are allowed to be open
- Sports and other live events are limited at 2000 spectators outdoors, 1000 indoors
‘I am still young and dumb and learning. I sometimes forget that I am a public figure and during these crazy and uncertain times I should havee been more careful with my words.’

The star was clearly in a giddy mood, she was also seen passionately kissing her female friend on the video.
‘You’re young, fun and you can have the best time and do whatever you want to do.’

The group looked in good spirits as they strolled along mask-free before Lottie donned blue PPE as they arrived at the restaurant and appeared to dine indoors.
Under Tier Two restrictions it is currently against legislation to dine indoors with another household.
If the friends Lottie dined with also comprised two households, she would be flouting Tier Two restrictions.

During their meal, Lottie took to her Instagram account to share footage of herself and her friends indulging in an array of tantalising dishes.

According to the latest figures, the borough of Havering has the highest coronavirus rate in London, with 1,314 new cases recorded in the seven days to December 9 – the equivalent of 506.3 cases per 100,000 people.
This is up from a rate of 321.3 in the seven days to December 2.
The figures have been calculated by the PA news agency, based on Public Health England data published on December 13 on the Government’s coronavirus dashboard.
Britain’s daily coronavirus cases increased by 33 per cent on Friday compared to seven days ago. A total of 21,672 new cases were announced, up slightly from 20,964 the previous day.
