The reality star described it as feeling like someone was ‘punching my vagina from the inside’ and was convinced that she was about to give birth to her baby boy.
She jokingly explained that she decided to go to bed very early as she thought ‘if I am going to give birth I want to be well rested’.
An exhausted Ashley appeared on camera in just a nude maternity bra and underwear as she assured fans that it was a false alarm and that she is still waiting for her baby boy.
The mother-to-be opted to go make-up free for the candid video, which saw her taking a minute to relax and let her damp golden tresses dry off after showering.
Ashley told her 279,000 Instagram followers: ‘Morning guys, oh my gosh I am so tired today. I like got up, got ready, tried to do some work and now I am just lying in the baby’s room.
Due date: She revealed that it could be her ‘last chance’ to get a massage before she welcomes her baby boy who is due in January, with her boyfriend Tommy Andrews, 31
‘I actually thought I might be going into labour last night. I could like feel – it almost felt like someone punching my vagina from like inside.
That sounds really weird, so I was like “is this it?”. So I went to bed really early cos I was like “oh my god, if I am going to give birth I want to be well rested”.
‘Um but it wasn’t, false alarm. But I am exactly a month away now, so I am definitely starting to feel it.’
Ashley also penned a number of lengthy captions alongside her candid video, detailing her labour false alarm.
She wrote: ‘I’m sooo tired today. Definitely starting to feel my energy levels getting lower. I’m just lying on the baby’s room!’

Ashley continued: ‘I thought it might be happening last night! He was kicking away and I felt what I can only describe as someone punching my cervix.
‘Anyway, it was a false alarm but I just hope when he does come I get a good night’s sleep first!’
The expectant mother went on to reveal that she is very prepared for the arrival of her first child, saying that ‘all his little clothes have been washed’ and the pram is set to arrive soon.
She concluded: ‘False alarm luckily but I’m exactly a month from the due date! I’ve got everything ready… All his little clothes have been washed and Tommy’s ironed them.
‘I’ve got my bassinet… The pram is coming very, very soon. Excited to show you which one I’ve got, it’s part of a partnership but I genuinely think it’s the nicest one I’ve found!’

This week, she also celebrated her year anniversary with her boyfriend Tommy Andrews, 31, quipping that she ‘didn’t like men too much’ when they met due to bad dating experiences.
But she credited her ‘independence’ for helping her finally form a toxic-free romance with her beau.
Ashley’s baby is due in January and she wrote: ‘It’s the 1st December which means it’s exactly 365 days ago since we went on our first date…
‘We both said from the beginning we wanted an adventure, and this year has certainly been that… I can’t wait to see where next year takes us.
‘They always say you find someone when you’re not looking, but I suppose mine is the opposite.
Loved-up: This week, Ashley also celebrated her year anniversary with her boyfriend Tommy as well as marking one month until her due date
Lengthy: She quipped that she ‘didn’t like men too much’ when they met due to bad dating experiences but credited her ‘independence’ for helping her form a toxic-free romance
‘I’d been so happy single, didn’t like men much anymore, and had such a wonderful life on my own surrounded by friends… But I decided about a month before meeting Tommy to put some effort into dating again.’
Noting that she changed her attitude in order to find love, she added: ‘I felt open to the idea of meeting someone again and knew that wouldn’t happen at a DJ gig or in my flat where I hosted many an epic dinner party with my friends.
‘I downloaded the dreaded dating apps again, made my profile as anti-fu*k boy proof as possible, and tried to keep an open mind.’
Ashley often refers to the fact that she was single for six years before she met Tommy and said that helped her to learn things about herself.
She penned: ‘To be honest, I didn’t know if I was “too independent”, and I always found it hard to connect with someone because I grew up in so many different backgrounds I never quite felt like I fit in to any.
‘I definitely didn’t know if I’d meet someone with good values and morals as my experiences had tainted my views.
Self-love: Ashley often refers to the fact that she was single for six years before she met Tommy and said that helped her to learn things about herself
‘But I did. I met someone as independent as me, with the same sense of adventure, (a lot more patience)… and whilst it’s been one hell of a year, it’s never felt too rushed or like I’ve lost myself.
‘I’m still the same Ashley as I was single, I’ve never had to compromise my friends, hobbies, or interests to be in this relationship, and I’ve gained such an amazing family.
‘Being single for 6 years taught me so much about my self, allowed me to work on areas I needed to in myself (and learn a lot of lessons about myself), and gave me the power and knowledge to know that life is perfectly wonderful alone.’
She concluded: ‘This definitely led me to this healthy and lovely relationship. It may have taken me to 32 to meet someone, but I’d have waited another decade to meet this guy.
‘I can’t wait for the next 365 days of adventure as mum and dad, but also as us. I hope our son grows up just like you (but with my banter).’
