She’s busy preparing to impress the judges with her dance moves alongside pro partner Gorka Marquez on Saturday night’s show.
Posting a short clip to Stories, the actress flaunted her impressive vocals while singing a rendition of Corrine Bailey Rae’s classic tune Put Your Records On.
Talented: Maisie Smith showcased her dulcet tones as she enjoyed a late-night singing session on Instagram on Thursday
Maisie looked sensational as she performed for the camera while wearing a comfy white sports-style pyjama t-shirt.
Although opting for a casual ensemble, the beauty donned a full face of makeup including a pretty slick of pink lipstick and a smoky eye-shadow look.
She also styled her long locks into two low buns tied at the back of her head, leaving strands at the front to frame her face.
The star was seen sporting the same trendy hairstyle as she headed to last-minute rehearsals on Thursday ahead of Saturday night’s live show.
Going for it: The Strictly contestant, 19, impressed with her vocal range as she relaxed after rehearsals in a white top and glam makeup
This week Maisie and Gorka will perform a Cha Cha to Girls Just Want To Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper.
It comes after Maisie and fellow Strictly contestant HRVY were spotted breaking the show’s social distancing rules during filming for It Takes Two, just hours after Nicola Adams and Katya Jones were axed.
Maisie and HRVY, 21, who have repeatedly sparked speculation of a backstage romance, were seen standing far less then two metres from each other as they arrived to film the BBC spin-off show.
In the pictures obtained by The Sun, Maisie and HRVY maintained some space, it was far less than the government requirement of two metres to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
The pair were seen chatting to their professional partners Gorka and Janette Manrara after chatting to Gethin Jones on It Takes Two ahead of their next performance.
MailOnline has contacted representatives for Strictly Come Dancing, Maisie Smith and HRVY for comment.
Animated: Maisie proved she’s a talented actress, dancer and singer in the short clip which doubled as a tester for a new hairstyle
BBC have introduced strict new guidelines for this year’s couples to ensure they are kept safe during filming, which have included couples forming their own separate bubbles so the can train and perform.
However celebrities and pros from separate bubbles are not allowed to mix during filming or backstage, and must maintain social distancing at all times.
Maisie’s singing session also comes amid a busy week for Strictly, with contestant Nicola Adams having to pull out and judge Motsi Mabuse also missing shows due to having to isolate following her trip to Germany.
On Thursday it was revealed by MailOnline that boxer Nicola will have to isolate for two weeks after her pro partner Katya Jones tested positive for COVID-19, meaning she cannot be given a new partner and continue in the competition.
It’s over! It comes as Nicola Adams and Katya Jones have been forced to pull out of Strictly Come Dancing after the dancer contracted COVID-19
The dancing duo had made history by competing together for the Glitterball as the show’s first same sex couple.
Strictly bosses have also confirmed that Nicola cannot return to compete next series after being forced to pull out of this year’s show.
In a statement read out by Andrea McLean on Friday’s Loose Women, bosses explained that Nicola would be too far advanced in the competition to return in the future as she would have an ‘unfair advantage.’
While the Strictly cast have been in social bubbles, they are allowed to continue their daily business as normal, with insiders now claiming ‘furious’ BBC bosses have vowed to tighten the rules for the remaining celebs.
A Strictly representative confirmed to MailOnline that bosses are not launching an investigation into how Katya contracted the virus as there is no way to indicate where she may have caught it.
They added that as the dancer lives alone and has only been leaving her house to train, she hasn’t been socialising with others.
This also means that the Strictly final next month will feature just four couples instead of the planned five.
While also on Friday, Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse revealed she rushed home to Germany earlier this week after her dance school was ‘targeted’.
The show judge, 39, was pictured wearing a protective mask as she made her way across a Heathrow airport terminal at 1:30pm on Tuesday November 10 clutching a piece of paper, believed to contain her negative COVID test result.
Isolation: Judge Motsi Mabuse (pictured with Bruno Tonioli, Shirley Ballas, and Craig Revel Horwood) will also be unable to appear in person on Saturday’s show after she had to fly back to Germany this week and is now self-isolating
Explaining what happened on Instagram on Friday, Motsi revealed that she is now working with police to ‘solve the crime’ and will be improving security at her school.
As well as posting a lengthy caption in German, Motsi shared a snap of a broken glass door at her studio.
She penned: ‘Unfortunately we have no good news. Someone tried to break into our school @motsimabuse_taunustanzschule.
‘We are working with the police to solve this crime. We know we have been targeted on purpose and we will improve security in our school that this will not happen again.’
A Strictly source confirmed to MailOnline on Thursday that Motsi is now back in the UK following her brief trip to Germany, where she runs the dance school and shares a home with husband Evgenij Voznyuk and their daughter, two.

Current UK lockdown rules prohibit international travel except in ‘limited circumstances such as for work or for education’.
Guidelines say ‘people who live outside the UK but work in the UK and travel between their country of residence and the UK at least once a week’ do not have to isolate.
In accordance with those guidelines Motsi will self isolate for a fortnight, with pro dancer Anton Du Beke now set to fill in for her on Strictly while she’s at home.
In a statement the show wished the dancer ‘good luck’ as he prepares to make his debut as a judge on the show.
For years fans have lobbied for Anton to land a job on the Strictly judging panel, given he is the show’s longest serving professional dancer.
This year he was the first pro to be eliminated alongside former Home Secretary Jacqui Smith.
New role! The official Strictly Instagram account confirmed Anton’s judging position on Friday, with the pro dancer also reposting the news to his ow grid
