Amanda Holden looks calm leaving Heart FM iafter FREAKING OUT taking part in a ‘Bushtucker Trial’

She started the week in hysterics after taking part in very own ‘Bushtucker Trial’ in honour of I’m A Celebrity‘s impending return.

Yet Amanda Holden was back to her typical poised and glamorous self as she was pictured leaving the Global Radio studios in London on Friday.

The radio host, 49, looked effortlessly stylish in a floral top and jeans as she headed home after presenting her Heart FM show.

The blonde beauty completed her look with a scarlet clutch bag, navy stilettos and a black coat draped over her shoulder as she departed the radio studios in Leicester Square.

She styled her tresses in a neat updo, and rocked a soft make-up look underneath her statement black shades.

Amanda may have looked perfectly calm and serene, but it’s clear she had the events of the week on her mind, as she took to Instagram to share a clip of herself screaming when faced with creepy crawlies.

On Monday, Amanda tried her hand at a Bushtucker Trial during the radio show, in anticipation of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! finally returning on Sunday evening.

The broadcaster struggled to compose herself after co-host Jamie Theakston challenged her to put a hand inside a box of snakes and cockroaches as she attempted to figure out what they were while strapped to a heart monitor.

Amanda, who admitted she had no idea what type of insect was inside, screamed as she carefully placed her hand through the small opening in the box and unwittingly touched a tarantula.

Despite her initial nerves, the mother-of-two appeared remarkably calm when she realised she was touching a snake inside the concealed box.

‘You stayed so calm!’ Jamie congratulated his co-host after he counted down the final seconds of the challenge.

Amanda proceeded to post a picture with her new scaly friend resting on her shoulders.

I’m a Celebrity is set to return with a 20th series on November 15 after relocating from the tropical Australian jungle to the Welsh countryside, a consequence of the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

The forthcoming 20th series is set to be a bumper year for A-list talent, with Olympian Sir Mo Farah, 38, TV host Vernon Kay, 46, top flight journalist Victoria Derbyshire, 52, and EastEnders legend Shane Richie, 56, all set to take part.

ITV bosses are now reportedly considering making I’m A Celebrity‘s move to Gwrych Castle semi-permanent, if this year’s series of the hit reality show is a success

According to The Sun, plans are now afoot to host the show in Wales every other year, with it being held back in New South Wales in the intervening years.

Showrunners have reportedly already asked the owners of the castle whether the move might be possible.

An insider told the newspaper: ‘It’s been really challenging for everyone involved just to get the show on air this year, but it’s given producers a chance to reflect and take stock more than usual.

‘They’ve loved trying new things with a different location and the idea of having alternate years has been discussed.

‘It depends a lot on how viewers like this coming series, but everyone is confident it’ll be more loved than ever given its new twists.’
