He spiced up the muted look with military-style square aviator sunglasses and a misshapen brown trilby hat.

Zahra looked playful in a short scarlet dress covered in vermillion floral patterns.

She matched her father with her own low-key white high top sneakers, and she wore her raven locks down in long braids while cocking a pair of slim sunglasses on her head.

Both father and daughter practiced social distancing and wore black masks to help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.

Chris shares Zahra and his older daughter Lola, 18, with his ex-wife Malaak Compton, to whom he was married from 1996 until their divorce was finalized in 2016.

Chris has kept a fairly recent profile in recent months.

Following the police killing of George Floyd in late May, he shared Instagram posts in memory of Floyd and opposing systemic racism and police brutality.

Some of the posts included stand-up bits of his own from years past that addressed the ongoing concerns.

He was set to appear in acclaimed filmmaker Sally Potter’s film The Roads Not Taken, starring Javier Bardem and Elle Fanning, but his scenes were eventually cut from the film, which had a small March release before coronavirus lockdowns began.

Next year, he’s set to star in the Saw sequel Spiral, in which he’ll play a detective working under an elder officer (Samuel L. Jackson) and mentoring a new detective (Max Minghella) while investigating a serious of gruesome and elaborate murders.

The film isn’t just a standard sequel, but a labor of love for Chris, who came up with the film’s story and is also executive producing.

He’ll also appear in an unnamed role in the Robert Zemeckis–directed adaption of Roald Dahl’s The Witches.

The story was previously adapted in 1990 by auteur Nicolas Roeg in a version starring Anjelica Huston that infamously terrorized many children, though the movie has since attained cult status.
