Alesha Dixon FUMES as Jack Carroll makes ‘vicious’ Botox jibe on Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions

Alesha Dixon was less than impressed on Saturday night’s Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions when an act suggested that she has had Botox.

Comedian Jack Carroll, 20, returned to the ITV show where he put on a stellar performance, but things turned a tad awkward when he made a quip about Alesha and Amanda Holden having a cosmetic procedure.

Viewers were quick to spot that the TV judge, 40, didn’t take too kindly to being the butt of Jack’s joke.

Commenting that the glamorous duo looked more youthful than when he last appeared on the talent show in 2013, Jack said: ‘Six years since I’ve been on the show, I look six years older, but Amanda and Alesha look ten years younger.’

He continued: ‘I’m sure they would frown, but the Botox won’t let them.’

But while Amanda laughed off the jibe, Alesha failed to raise a smile.

Replying to the stand-up star, she said: ‘I’ve never had it! Sorry, never had it.’

Later, the former Mis-Teeq singer turned to Amanda, saying: ‘I don’t remember him being so vicious last time.’

To which Amanda, who’s made no secret of having Botox, replied: ‘I know I love it!’

Meanwhile on the show, salsa dancers Paddy and Nico and illusionist Darcy Oakes made it through to the grand final.

The Botox drama comes as Simon Cowell recently told how he and his Britain’s Got Talent co-judge Amanda may have gone too far during the so-called ‘Botox Years.’

The legendary judge, 59, also told The Mirror that he’s been left in hysterics by old clips of him and Amanda, 49, sporting their significantly smoother complexions.

Speaking ahead of the latest semi-final for BGT: The Champions, Simon said: ‘I love watching ”the Botox years.” All of us are like, ”Christ, we had a lot that year. Not so much that year… maybe a bit too much that year”.’

‘You know, the old clips of us are hysterical, Amanda’s always like, ”What was I thinking?”, I said, ”Well, I don’t look a lot better.” I look all right now, but certain years it was like, ”Wow’, I don’t know what was going on”.’

Simon has been open about using Botox in the past, and even reportedly gifted his co-stars £350 vouchers for the treatment.

His former co-judge Sharon Osbourne has been equally candid about her surgical procedures, and recently unveiled the results of her fourth facelift.

In 2014 Amanda also confirmed that she had given up Botox following the difficult birth of her daughter Hollie in 2012.

Speaking on This Morning she said: ‘Everybody knows that in the past, yes, I’ve talked about having Botox.

‘Since spending too much time in intensive care after nearly losing a baby, I’ve not gone under the knife or had any injections.

‘But I have facials, I buy things from well-known chemists, it’s not how I look physically, it’s how my husband and how I feel about myself.’

Pictures taken throughout the years suggest Simon started having Botox injections from around 2009 onwards.

Last year, Simon admitted to having the facelift – but didn’t say when, and said the procedure ‘hurt like hell.’

He told The Sun that he visited cosmetic surgeon Dr Jean-Louis Sebagh, known as the ‘Picasso of dermatology’, for a Silhouette Soft Lift.

He underwent a non-surgical ‘sewing bioplastic-infused thread’ facelift that set him back £2000.

Throwback: Simon once claimed that using Botox ‘added 10 years’ to his TV career, but that he regrets going overboard with the procedure (pictured above in March 2016)

Simon explained: ‘For me now, it’s all about having clean skin. If you have clean skin, you look better. But you have to be very careful with some of this stuff.’

‘There’s lots of things you can do now. You don’t just have to stuff your face with filler and Botox. It hurts like hell but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs all the cr*p.’

Simon once claimed that using Botox ‘added 10 years’ to his TV career, but that he regrets going overboard with the procedure.

He said: ‘Hopefully I look better now – I probably did have a little too much Botox a couple of years ago, because everyone on TV has it.

‘Now I have facials, but nothing too extravagant at the moment. I have a girl who comes here and does a great face massage – it’s very relaxing. I also had a sheep placenta facial once, which was quite out there.’

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions continues on Saturday at 8:15pm on ITV.
