Leila McKinnon looked glamorous when she stepped out for the Australian Women’s Weekly & AGL Women of the Future Awards in Sydney on Wednesday.

The 46-year-old journalist opted for a figure-skimming red one-shoulder dress, which hugged her curves in all the right places.

The mid-calf length dress featured one long-sleeve, while her left arm was left bare.

Leila posed confidently ahead of the event, and completed her ensemble with a pair of strappy black stilettos. 

Her shoulder-length blonde hair was worn loose in tousled waves, and she accessorised with a series of statement rings.

Leila went for a natural makeup look, donning muted tones and bronzed skin.

And the Channel Nine reporter was clearly loving her glammed up look, resharing a post by the The Australian Women’s Weekly on her Instagram Stories.

In the original post, the magazine described her as ‘looking stunning’ when she stepped out for the awards ceremony.

Posting it on her own Instagram, Leila captioned it: ‘Not so… humble brag’.

There was no shortage of star power at the event, which was held in recognition of future female trailblazers across a variety of industries. 

In an interview with Future Women, Leila spoke about considering herself to be a proud feminist.

‘I definitely call myself a feminist. I think that anybody that believes in equal pay and equal opportunities is a feminist… So proud to be a woman,’ she said.
