Quality time: Sam looked elated as she spent quality time with her adorable daughter
The reality star told OK! that she was upset when Rosie started copying her and she realised she needed to get help.
Sam said: ‘I’ve had two in the last couple of months. But it’s meant to take a minimum of six to eight sessions, so it’s a process. It’s hypnotherapy.
‘They speak to your subconscious, so you’re not in a deep sleep but you’re very relaxed. She tells you how lovely your eyelashes are, that your hands don’t need to be near your eyes, but should stay by your sides.’
Sam said she doesn’t believe she has seen any improvement yet in her condition which started during her childhood.

She continued: ‘I rang my therapist after the first sessions and was like: “I’m picking them out more!” She was like: “This is normal. It’s not that you’re picking them out more, it’s that you’re aware of it now. So you notice when you’re doing it.”‘
Sam told the magazine that when she would breastfeed Rosie when she was 14 months old, she would pull her eyelashes and noticed her daughter would rub her eyes because she was copying her.
The reality star said that moment was a red flag for her and that’s when she knew she needed to get help.

She is planning to buy a mascara if her therapy works as she has never been able to buy one before.
Sam recently revealed she wakes up at 5.30am to squeeze in a gruelling workout before her kids get up as she juggles life as a busy parent.
Sam said despite being a trim size 10, she is not at her goal weight so she sets her alarm early and returns home from the gym before her little ones have risen.
The former glamour model said in an interview with this week’s Closer magazine: ‘Everyone asks me, “How do you find time to go to the gym when you’ve got two little ones?” and the key is, you have to get up early.’
Detailing her morning routine, she added: ‘I set my alarm for 5.30am and I am back home at 6.45am, when they are not even awake yet.’
‘It’s the only way I can do it, as mornings are so busy in my house.’
