Steve Jobs’ widow ‘dating Eleven Madison Park chef Daniel Humm’

The billionaire widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs is reportedly dating a celebrity chef 12 years her junior.

Laurene Powell Jobs, 55, has reportedly been dating Daniel Humm, 43 – the co-owner of the celebrated Eleven Madison Park – for the last few months.

An unnamed source told Page Six that the couple had been on ‘some dates’ and had been spotted at Humm’s flagship three Michelin-starred restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.

The billionaire philanthropist was previously spotted with Humm in January 2019 when they were photographed together at an NBA game between Washington Wizards and New York Knicks at the O2 Arena in London.

This is understood to be the second man Powell Jobs’ has been linked to since Jobs died of pancreatic cancer in 2011. They had been married for 20 years.

The pair met in 1989 when she was an MBA student at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and they married two years later. The couple had three children.

Powell Jobs is best known for founding the Emerson Collective, a social impact organization that advocates for policies concerning education and immigration reform, social justice and environmental conservation.

With an estimated net worth of $21.7 billion, the mother-of-three investor is the seventh-wealthiest female billionaire in the world.

The Washington Post first reported on their romance in 2013. It’s unclear when Fenty and Powell Jobs separated, but they were photographed together at a state dinner at the White House as recently as 2016.

Powell Jobs was pictured with Humm in January in London. He moved to the US from Switzerland in 2003, and is the chef and co-owner of Eleven Madison Park, which in 2017 earned the No 1 spot on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Humm was previously married to Geneen Wright, 43, of West Hollywood, California, and has two young daughter with her. He also has a grown daughter from a previous relationship in Switzerland.

His fine-dining and hospitality empire, which Humm cobbled together with his long-time business partner and friend Will Guidara, also includes NoMad New York, NoMad Los Angeles and Made Nice.

This week, Humm and Guidara shocked the restaurant industry by announcing the end of their wildly successful 13-year partnership.

The New York Times reported on Monday that Humm would buy out Guidara’s shares in their joint enterprise, the Make It Nice company, and will forge ahead with upcoming projects in New York City and London on his own.

In an all-staff email sent to their staff and published by Eater, Humm and Guidara cited their ‘different visions of the company long-term’ as a reason for the split.

On Wednesday, Humm took to his Instagram account and shared a long and touching post bidding farewell to his long-time friend and business partner.

‘This divergence in our paths took us both by surprise, but like everything else we’ve done, I feel confident in our decision and our ability to see things through,’ he wrote.
