Back in February, she surprised her fans by announcing she secretly got married.
And on Friday, Miranda Lambert, 35, took to Instagram to share a rare photo of her with her husband, 27-year-old NYPD Officer Brendan McLoughlin.

The country music superstar and her husband of five months are seen smiling in the photo as New York City’s high rises can be seen in the background.
Lambert had on a casual, yet vibrant scarlet skirt with lovely lavender floral patterns that almost matched the peach-colored haze from the recently set sun.
The skirt’s high slit showed off her tall, grey, suede cowboy boots.
She paired her bright skirt with a plain white tank top that exposed a lacy pink bralette.

The Heart Like Mine singer pulled her blonde locks back into a ponytail, as she accessorized with a pair of large white hoop earrings.
Her husband of five months was also dressed casually for the outing with a plain white t-shirt and khaki shorts with white trainers.
Though Miranda was in New York City to spend some time with her husband, the two jet between her home in Nashville, Tennessee, and the big city, where Brendan works for the NYPD.

‘We spend time in New York, we get to see our adorable nugget, then we get to come back to the farm and have the quiet life. I’m enjoying the balance,’ Miranda told Extra earlier this month.
Despite her happiness with married life, Miranda is relatively private about her marriage and usually refrains from posting about her husband.
The couple only dated for a few months prior to her announcement of their marriage in February, surprising many of her fans who didn’t even know they were together.
McLoughlin welcomed a son with his ex, Kaihla Rettinger, just three days before he met Lambert, and the two regularly spend time with the his baby.

They said ‘I do’ on January 26 in Davidson County, Tennessee.
The Four The Record singer announced the union on Valentines Day, writing in a post on Instagram: ‘In honor of Valentine’s Day I wanted to share some news. I met the love of my life. And we got hitched! My heart is full. Thank you Brendan Mcloughlin for loving me for…. me.’
