Caroline Flack has given fans a first glimpse of her wardrobe for this year’s series of Love Island.
The presenter, 39, has been keeping her fans up to date with details for this year’s instalment of the dating show, and on Wednesday shared an Instagram clip of a clothing rack full of bright and summery dresses, shorts and tops.
However, the night before Caroline revealed that excruciating back pains nearly caused her to miss out on her day of back to back filming.

Sharing a clip on Instagram, Caroline explained: ‘So I woke up this morning with an incredibly bad back. I went to an osteopath really early and they said I have a wonky pelvis, which was quite a revelation for a Tuesday!
‘I then went to a physio who massaged my bum cheek for an hour which was rather nice. And then I had a really lovely masseuse to my house and massage my back.
‘Then I had to go to see the physio again and then I went and did some hot yoga and now I feel great. Now I feel like going out!’ she revealed.
Further Instagram Stories showed the TV star working with her stylist as she tried on a pretty dress.

This comes after Caroline took to Instagram on Monday to reveal that filming is about to commence for ITV2 reality show Love Island.
Caroline also shared a picture of herself looking out of her window while wearing red lace lingerie under a pilot’s uniform.
The lucky lady also teased that by the end of the week, she would have potentially met the cast of series five.

Not long now: Taking to Instagram stories on Monday, the star explained that shooting for the popular show will begin in the coming days
Dressed in a black T-shirt and sunglasses while walking down the street, the star spoke into the camera as she revealed the exciting news.
She said: ‘It’s Bank Holiday Monday, it’s so beautiful today. I’m in town, about to go to the gym. But what’s really exciting about this week is, this week we start filming for Love Island 2019!
‘And by the end of the week, I’m gonna have potentially have seen the cast for this year. Which is really exciting and mad that’s come round this quick.

Caroline also shared a sultry snap of herself in a an air hostess costume, the same outfit she wore to promote last year’s show.
She captioned the image: ‘Things are about to get turbulent.’
Love Island usually begins in June, so fans will not have to wait long to get their fix.
The much-loved show has been tinged with sadness recently after Mike Thalassitis, who starred in 2017’s third series, was found hanged in the woods near his home in March this year, aged 26.

In the wake of his tragic passing and after former stars complained of a lack of aftercare, show bosses revealed the Spanish-set show will see some big changes.
In a statement, show bosses said: ‘When the time comes for each Islander to leave the show, our aftercare process kicks in.
‘Every Islander has a series of debrief meetings on location with the executive team and the medical team, including the psychological consultant.
‘After this, they are told how to access after care support as well as information on seeking professional representation.

‘They also meet with the press team the day after leaving the villa and are briefed and advised on their press coverage whilst in the villa. We have had requests for help from former Islanders, and have provided this.’
Bosses then confirmed that they would be making changes to their police to ensure that they were better equipped to handle their newfound fame, including training in social media and finances.
They also explained that it would be a compulsory for all former contestants to be contacted regularly to check in, whether it is asked for or not.
Meanwhile, speculation has already started about who could be set to star in this year’s series.

In addition, former star Megan Barton Hanson was encouraged to return to the island following her split with Wes Nelson.
Love Island is set to kick off this summer on ITV2.
