Jeff Bezos was spotted in New York City with two of his kids on Saturday, the first time the Amazon CEO and has been seen in public since finalizing his divorce from MacKenzie Bezos earlier this month.
The world’s richest man walked through Manhattan’s West Village with his daughter and one of his three sons for lunch at the restaurant chain Emily.
The family then took a stroll in the afternoon sun and stopped at Mah Ze Dar Bakery for ice cream.
Bezos’ left hand was notably bare, having removed his wedding ring after finalizing his divorce on April 4 from his wife of 25 years.

In the settlement the 55-year-old entrepreneur kept 75 per cent of the couple’s joint $144billion Amazon stake.
MacKenzie, 49, took a quarter of the stake worth $35.8billion.
The couple shared three sons together and a daughter adopted from China. Their eldest son Prezton was born in 2000.
Bezos tried to look low-key on Saturday, sporting a cap and sunglasses to hide his face.
A security guard followed the family close behind.
Jeff and MacKenzie announced their divorce on Twitter, saying they were ‘grateful’ the process was over.

In the divorce, settled on April 4, MacKenzie will keep a four per cent stake in Amazon worth $35.8billion, while Bezos will own 12 percent of the company

‘Grateful to have finished the process of dissolving my marriage with Jeff with support from each other and everyone who reached out to us in kindness, and looking forward to the next phase as co-parents and friends,” MacKenzie tweeted.
‘Happy to be giving him all of my interest in the Washington Post and Blue Origin and 75% of our Amazon stock plus voting control of my shares to support his continued contributions with the teams of these incredible companies.
‘Excited about my own plans. Grateful for the past as I look forward to what comes next,’ MacKenzie said.
Jeff shared a similar statement praising MacKenzie as an ‘extraordinary partner, ally, and mother.’

MacKenzie hasn’t been seen publicly since the news broke in January, while Jeff has been seen out multiple times cozying up with his new partner.
Sanchez and her husband Patrick Whitesell filed for divorce earlier this month, a day before the Bezos divorce was finalized.
MacKenzie and Jeff had been married for a year when he founded Amazon in 1994 as an online bookstore.
As the company grew, she worked as an accountant and helped negotiate freight deals. She has also worked as an author.
MacKenzie is now the third richest woman in the world and the 24th richest person in the world.
