One-time Bond girl Eva worked her best poses in the unusual dress, which featured a black leather layer over a delicate cream lace.
The low-cut number flashed a hint of the beauty’s black lace bra, while she accessorised with chic black heels.
With her jet-black locks styled into loose waves and her signature gothic makeup of smoky eyes, Eva was ready to face the cameras.

She was joined at the event by her Dumbo co-stars, including Danny DeVito who stars as circus ringmaster Max Medici and Thandie Newton’s daughter Nico Parker, who is making her movie debut as Milly Farrier.
Director Tim Burton also posed on stage, alongside the rest of his all-star cast – Colin Farrell, Finley Hobbins, and Michael Keaton.
Eva plays trapeze artist Colette Marchant in Burton’s re imagining of the animated classic, part of Medici’s Dreamland circus alongside Farrell as Dumbo’s carer Holt Farrier, while Finley plays Holt’s son and Nico plays his daughter.

Michael Keaton meanwhile stars as the villainous V.A. Vandevere.
Following on from re-makes of Cinderella, Maleficent, Jungle Book, and Beauty and the Beast, Disney’s latest live-action offering is set to be released in March.
Burton is in the director’s chair for the film, while his frequent collaborator Danny Elfman is on board to do the soundtrack.

It is based upon a storyline written by Helen Aberson and is a full-length adaptation of Walt Disney’s 1941 animated film of the same name written by Otto Englander, Joe Grant, and Dick Huemer.
Eva has also recently completed another big screen project – Proxima from French writer-director Alice Winocour.
The actress stars as a single mother who signs up for a year-long space mission, leaving her young daughter behind.
When her character Sarah joins an all-male crew – headed up by Matt Dillon – she battles to prove herself in the face of male chauvinism while coping with feelings of guilt over the separation from her daughter.
Dumbo is set to be released on March 29 in cinemas across the UK and USA
