Never off-duty, Irina modelled the classic Tod’s loafers, needing no additional heel height to make a graceful entrance.
She also carried the brand’s ‘bag of the season’ – the D Styling handbag – which was the perfect accompaniment to her top-to-toe Tod’s ensemble.
The catwalk star paired the flat shoes with flared black trousers and a black shirt worn underneath her jacket.
She even tipped a pair of tinted shades on her nose while she posed in front of the cameras outside the Galleria d’Arte Moderna in Milan.

Talking to Glamour UK, the model explained: ‘I have a lot of friends who share a lot of their personal life on Instagram or social media, very publicly.
‘I admire it and I think it’s great — but I think it’s all about personal choice because my work requires me to be out there, I just decided my personal life will be quiet.
‘That’s why it’s called personal, because it’s something for you and your family, and I feel happy with it.’
