Made it her own: Many of the walls in the home are daubed in graffiti
The space can be used for studio rental starting at $150 per hour, photoshoots for $250 per hour and shoots lasting up to six hours long can cost up to $4,000. There are also catering packages available.
Keen to get her venture going, the actress set up a dedicated Instagram

‘I’ve always liked the idea of sleeping on the floor. I wanted to have something that felt like a safe space. Obviously, my house is a safe space, but this, when I get in there, I get all cozy up in this b***h.’
There is also a ‘cat castle’ where Bella’s 19 cats live. Four generations of felines live with the Blended star after she refused to spay her first cat Lola because she deemed the practice ‘barbaric’.
In a recent interview Bella revealed it was her sponsored Instagram posts that allowed her to purchase the property.
She told Vogue: ‘For [an Instagram] grid posting, it’s 65 grand a post. For story posting, it’s anywhere from 10 to 20K, and for Snapchat, it’s the same as Insta story.
‘Instagram is 100 percent a job to me. I started out at 18 with literally $200 in my bank account and I bought this house a year later, a year and a half. That’s all from social media.’
