And Cheryl put on a hilarious display in a cheeky backstage video from the hit reality show on Tuesday.

The former Girls Aloud star, 35, looked animated as she pulled off the clicking tongue action on the show’s Instagram story, as the show posed the question ‘who taught Cheryl how to tongue-pop?’

The Love Made Me Do It hitmaker looked glamorous for the video, with her newly brightened caramel locks pulled back into a chic ponytail while her pretty features were enhanced with smoky shadow and fluttery lashes.

She completed the flawless make-up look with a slick of candied pink lipstick on her pout. 

This comes after the hard-working judge slipped during the opening judges dance number on the  on the first live episode of the dance show on Sunday.

The singer was joined by her fellow judges, Matthew Morrison and Oti Mabuse for the routine on Saturday night, with some viewers believing she forgot some of the choreography during the performance.

But a source has exclusively told MailOnline that the star slipped during the routine and was caught off balance. 

One viewer wrote during the high-energy routine: ‘Cheryl messing up the dance intro. Did she slip or just forget the moves? #TheGreatDancer #CherylTweedy.’

An insider has revealed what happened to MailOnline, explaining: ‘Cheryl slipped at the beginning of the performance and lost her balance. These things obviously happen on a live show.’

‘It happened during the first 10 seconds of the routine – but being the true pro she is – she carried on a delivered a knock out performance. The slip didn’t shake her.’

‘It’s a shame a few people on twitter want to try and make out she forget the dance moves – which of course she didn’t!’

Fans were quick to assume the star couldn’t keep up with Glee star Matthew and Strictly pro Oti, with one tweeting: ‘Poor Cheryl not being able to remember the moves just then.’

Breaking down in tears after watching The Dance Bates Collective perform, Cheryl said that the group ‘get her right in the feels’, whenever she watches them perform.

During rehearsals the songstress asked them to think of a dance move to portray how they feel when they think of their insecurities.

She added: ‘You girls kill me. Girls you really don’t have to thank me, it’s youse who put the work in, what is wrong with me?
