They tied the knot in an intimate Berkshire ceremony last month after four years of dating and they are said to be looking forward to becoming parents.
And newlyweds Chloe Madeley, 31, and James Haskell, 33, have given a sneak peek inside their Northamptonshire home for a new teaser for Lorraine’s Hit Refresh wellbeing drive.
They will be offering viewers tips and tricks on how to feel fit and healthy – both mentally and physically – during January – James is a rugby union player and Chloe is a personal trainer, so it’s fair to say they know their stuff.
Inside Chloe Madeley and James Haskell’s marital home: The newlyweds have given Lorraine a peek into their country-themed Northamptonshire love nest for a new teaser for Lorraine’s Hit Refresh well-being drive
Home is where the heart is: Walking past one of Haskell’s framed rugby strips, Chloe and James talk about the importance of feeling cosy in their love nest and said they bonded over a love of ‘big sofas and cups of tea’
During the short clip, the couple walk through their hallway to the kitchen, passing a framed Haskell rugby strip.
The home has a shabby chic, country style decor downstairs, with striped curtains in the living-room and a beige colour scheme.
The couple have a large kitchen with an island in the middle, as well as a romantic sign which reads: ‘And they lived happily ever after.’
The wine lovers have glass-fronted cupboards with various glasses on display and of course a separate wine fridge for entertaining.
A giant whiteboard sits on one of the far walls, where the couple write their daily to-do lists in a bid to be organised.
A big kid at heart: The couple also post pictures of their home on Instagram and Chloe shared this snap of their kitchen which she decorated for James’ 32nd birthday
All about that relaxation: James likes to get massages in the home (left) and relax in front of his widescreen television (right)
Tidy house, tidy mind: James likes to have the lads over and he and his fellow sports buddy relaxed in front of the woodburner by a table full of clutter
Romantic: If you can ignore James dressed as Harry Potter, fans can spot a sweet message on the wall of their kitchen which reads ‘Happily ever after’ (left) – there is of course a canvas of English rugby union player James’ team winning big (right)
The couple have hung a canvas of the England rugby team in the living room, and there’s also a black and white canvas of James on the wall of upstairs hall.
James says in the clip: ‘Everything about this home is how cosy we can make it. That is what bonded us on our very first date.’
Chloe adds: ‘He took me somewhere with big sofas and lots of tea and I thought, “I’m in!”‘
Indeed, James holds a mug which has the words: ‘In our house, we are all equal’ emblazoned on the front.
The sportsman reveals that he gets up at around 6.30am every morning and Chloe always wakes up at the same time, even though she doesn’t have to.
Wow: Personal trainer Chloe likes to show off her body transformations in front of a big mirror at home, showing off a patterned carpet and matching walls
Letting their hair down: Over Christmas, the couple relaxed on giant cream sofas which looked super comfortable
Trained: Chloe also likes to pose in front of a big mirror in her bedroom, wearing underwear – she has painted the walls grey and has a matching carpet
He says: ‘Every morning, she makes my breakfast, even though she doesn’t have to, being the supreme angel that you are.’
Chloe chimes in with: ‘That’s not the reason why I get up at the same time as you, but I love that you thought that. If I don’t get up at the same time as you; early and get my training session done, then I fall behind.’
Chloe and James regularly share pictures of themselves on their individual Instagram pages, from inside their home and Chloe, especially, likes to take pictures of her gym-honed body.
Her selfies reveal a stunning marble bathroom complete with a copper free-standing bath, as well as their cosy looking bedroom complete with giant bed and a cluttered bedside table.
James also shared a snap of a lads’ night in, in which they sit in front of a woodburner and giant, yet messy coffee table.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 8.30am on ITV
That’s one way to get organised: In the kitchen, the couple have a large whiteboard where they write their daily to-do lists
