Victoria’s Secret Angel Elsa Hosk says she’s used skin cream made with her own BLOOD

The secret to having the face of a Victoria’s Secret Angel? Rubbing your own blood all over your face. No, really.

What sounds like some sort of Satanic ritual for everlasting youth and beauty is actually a genuine skincare treatment, which 29-year-old Elsa Hosk swears by.

The blonde bombshell — who was chosen by the brand to model its $1 million Fantasy Bra this year — admitted in a new interview with Elle that she’s used a skin cream made with her very own blood, and she loved the results.

The same woman who came up with ‘vampire facials,’ Dr. Strum extracts a person’s blood and adds it to a white cream that the person than rubs into his or her face.

A jar will run a customer $1,400.

While many would scoff at the price — and others, the idea of putting your own blood on your face — Elsa said it really, truly made a different.

‘It was during Paris fashion week and I was like, “What do you mean you’re going to take my blood and put it in a cream?”‘ she said.

‘I saw results right away. I was exhausted, I remember it was the last leg of fashion month and my skin was a grey-ish color.

‘I was like “S***, I need some help.” I wore [the blood cream] to bed and woke up and my skin was alive again. It’s so crazy how your own blood can heal your skin,’ she said.’

Elsa also admitted to doing a lot of facials ahead of the VS Fashion Show, ‘because I like to keep my skin really clear right before the show’.

But while she likes skincare, makeup, and haircare, the supermodel said she stays away from perfume — because her entrepreneur boyfriend, Tom Daly, doesn’t like it.

‘My boyfriend actually doesn’t like when I wear fragrance, so he forbids me to wear it,’ she said.

Elsa made the beauty confession while promoting her appearance in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which will air on December 2.

This year, the Swedish Angel will be wearing the $1 million Fantasy Bra, a diamond-encrusted piece of lingerie that is sure to be one of the highlights of the show.

The Fantasy Bra is different every year, but one thing remains constant: It’s worth a whole lot of money.

This year’s Atelier Swarovski-designed Dream Angels Fantasy Bra is worth $1 million and includes a matching body chain.

All in all, it took over 930 hours to make.

Elsa told People it was ‘beyond exciting’ to try on the bra for the first time, saying: ‘It was just a sensation that I’ve never felt before.

‘My body was violently shaking. And it wasn’t because I was nervous, I was just excited. It was a cool feeling that I’ve never felt before. And it was definitely a moment that I’ll never forget.”

‘It’s definitely the most beautiful Fantasy Bra I ever saw, and when I saw it I was like, “You guys have got to be kidding me,”‘ she said.

She added that if she were to have designed it, this is exactly the look she would have picked herself.

What’s more, this year the brand is doing something extra special: While the million-dollar bra is a one-off, shoppers who want the same glitzy look for themselves can buy a $250 Swarovski crystal version at select stores and online on November 29.

Elsa also spilled on her pre-show diet and fitness regimen, admitting that she changes it up from year to year.

Right now, she’s running and doing ‘a lot of fun dance cardio’ with Megan Roup.

‘It’s lots of toning moves for the glutes, legs, and arms. She’s just really fun—I like to mix it up as much as possible,’ she told Elle.

Speaking to People, she added: ‘I’ve also done this thing with this guy Moe and he hooks you up to electrical wires and you wear a suit. It’s a way to work the muscles harder, and then you exercise on top of it and it really gives you crazy results.’

As for her eating habits, she sticks to a ‘balanced’ diet but will spend the weeks before the show avoiding carbs, loading up on vegetables, and skipping processed foods and soda.

‘I really think that reflects in the way your skin looks and the way you feel — you just feel stronger,’ she said.

Elsa also shared her makeup routine with Vogue, modeling the bra in a short video.
