‘I’ve had a few jabs here and there’: The moment Ali Oetjen is asked how much Botox she’s had

She may be Australia’s new Bachelorette, but to her colleagues at Adelaide’s Mix 102.3, she is just plain old ‘Ali’.

And in a rather awkward moment on Friday, Ali Oetjen was interviewed on the very same radio station where she works as an account manager.

During a segment on the Jodie & Soda breakfast show, the 32-year-old answered some rather personal questions from Twitter users.

In response to a Bachelorette viewer who asked, ‘How much Botox does she have?’, Ali replied with a laugh: ‘Hmm, well. I’ve had a few jabs here and there!’

‘Well I think you look beautiful,’ co-host Jodie Oddy commented. ‘And you’re naturally stunning, as well, so you don’t need that stuff.’

‘Yes, exactly,’ replied Ali, taking the Botox question in her stride.

There is a limit to what Ali is willing to tolerate on social media, however.

The blonde bombshell recently switched her Instagram comments to ‘limited’, meaning that members of the public cannot leave messages under her photos.

The feature allows Instagram users with a public profile to choose who is allowed to comment on their posts.

In response to a query tweeted by a Bachelorette viewer about how much Botox she has had, Ali replied: ‘Hmm, well. I’ve had a few jabs here and there!’

No haters allowed! The ability to 'limit' comments was introduced by Instagram last year. It seems Ali has changed her interactivity settings so that only people she follows can comment

One option restricts interactivity so that only people whom the account holder follows can leave comments.

This appears to be what Ali has chosen, as several of the comments below her recent post are from her friends and former co-stars.

Ali’s change in privacy settings comes after she was bombarded with negative comments in the wake of claims she ‘cheated’ on her ex-boyfriend Grant.

The alleged cheating incident took place in March, after Ali flew to Los Angeles to visit her then-boyfriend, who she met on Bachelor In Paradise last year.

Grant told KIIS FM weeks after their break-up: ‘I had left to go and find my friends. I came back inside [my house] and a man was going down on her on my stairs. So I kicked her out that night.’

Ali has previously described Grant’s accusations as ‘horrible’, but has not denied them. It is understood the allegations will be addressed on The Bachelorette later this season.

The Bachelorette continues Wednesday at 7:30pm on Network Ten
