The streaming leader also won big in the limited series categories, with Regina King winning Outstanding Lead Actress for her role in Seven Seconds. Merritt Wever and Jeff Daniels won Outstanding Supporting Actress and Actor in the same category for Godless.
And once again, Black Mirror was a winner, taking the Emmy for Outstanding Writing in a Limited Series.

Game of Thrones also took the coveted Outstanding Drama Series.
Despite its big investment in comedy, Netflix lost out in that category, with just John Mulaney winning Outstanding Writing for a Variety Special for Kid Gorgeous.
It’s two hopefuls for best comedy series, GLOW and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt were pipped to the post Amazon’s new comedy, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
