White supremacist is sentenced for having sex with underage girls in exchange for drugs

A Utah man covered in white supremacy tattoos across his face and body has been sentenced to serve at least 20 years in prison for having sex with underage girls in exchange for drugs.

Lee Ervin Heyen, 43, who belongs to the white supremacist group, the Soldiers of Aryan Culture (SAC), was convicted of raping two teen girls, including a 15-year-old.

In 2015, Heyen was first charged when the 15-year-old told officers that he was her drug dealer, according to Deseret News

Another teen told authorities that she sold drugs for Heyen before he raped her and threatened to harm her family if she didn’t have sex with him, according to the Deseret News.

Heyen was found guilty of five counts of rape, a first-degree felony, in June. He also was found guilty of three counts of drug distribution.

He will be serving the 20-year sentence and up to life in the Utah State Prison.

Heyen was also one of 12 members of a white supremacist group, the Soldiers of Aryan Culture (SAC), who were federally indicted on racketeering charges in 2003.

At the time, he pleaded guilty to violence in aid of racketeering and assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to four years in federal prison.

The SAC is a large Utah-based white supremacist prison gang.

There are two symbols most commonly used by the gang, including the group’s initials, SAC, which Heyen has tattooed across his forehead.

Another symbol is the swastika interwoven with an Iron Cross. A swastika can be seen tattooed on Heyen’s neck. Another swastika appears on Heyen’s arm as well.

There’s also a shield inked onto Heyen’s left cheek, but it’s unclear which shield it depicts.

It appears Heyen may have worked in construction before his conviction from several photos shared on Facebook.
