2 arrested after lady, 70, mentioned she was saved in canine…

MALAKOFF, Texas (AP) – An East Texas man and lady have been arrested after a 70-year-old lady mentioned they saved her in a canine kennel, beat and kicked her, withheld meals and water, and compelled her to stroll on damaged glass.

Tyler tv station KLTV experiences 47-year-old Leonnia Darlene Anderson Castillo of Log Cabin is charged with first-degree felony damage to the aged and being held on the Henderson County Jail in Athens on a $50,000 bond. A jail reserving officer declined to say if she had an legal professional.

Tommy Lee Anderson, a 49-year-old Malakoff resident, is charged with felony illegal restraint and free on $15,000 bond.

A police affidavit says the sufferer approached a Malakoff police officer and mentioned she had been staying with the lady, to whom she was associated, and her boyfriend when the ordeal started in January. Different relations rescued her on Aug. 22.
