DALLAS (AP) – A father is charged with capital homicide after police say he stabbed his 16-month-old son at a Dallas-area residence advanced.
Authorities say 27-year-old Blair Ness is charged within the demise of his toddler son Ashton Ness. The daddy was shot within the leg by a neighbor attempting to cease the assault on Sunday.
Police say witnesses reported Ness yelled “Jesus is coming” earlier than the assault.
Lewisville police Capt. Mike Lane says the daddy had important accidents to his hand from the knife, together with the taking pictures wound.
There is no clear motive behind the slaying. Police stated Tuesday that detectives had been interviewing the suspect. Bond was set at $1.5 million.
