QUINNESEC, Mich. (AP) – A Michigan man who says he swallowed a stray bristle from a grill brush after barbecuing hen has failed to steer an appeals court docket to revive his lawsuit.
Robert Kaminski of the Higher Peninsula had surgical procedure in 2014 to take away the steel bristle. He sued the maker of the grill brush, accusing The Libman Firm of negligence. He says the bristle triggered belly bloating, intestinal injury and different issues.
